What the job actually is

What you will make

  • The buildings themselves — the ones finished and the ones coming next: façades at dusk, interiors, the details that took a year to get right.
  • How we work and what sets us apart: the standards, the finishing, what a buyer actually gets.
  • Useful, general content about property and development in Amman — the kind people save and send on.
  • A steady week-in, week-out feed on Instagram, not a burst before a launch.
  • Shot on a phone and cut on a phone, most weeks. A camera kit is not what this job runs on.

What this is not: filming construction. We are not documenting cranes and concrete. You would be at a live site only when a new project is announced.

What we look for

  • An eye that is already trained. The links you send decide this, not the years you list.
  • One person, whole job: you shoot it, you cut it, you post it.
  • A phone and an editing app is the whole kit. Premiere on a desktop if you prefer it.
  • An ease with finished space — a flat, a lobby, a view — and a plan for the light in it.
  • Enough interest in property to explain what we build without being handed a script.
  • Arabic, and enough English to hold a conversation.
  • Speed that does not cost polish. This is a feed, not a film festival.

How hiring runs

  • You send this form. We watch the work before we read a word of the rest.
  • If it fits, a WhatsApp message or a short call — to set a time for the interview.
  • The interview, and then one test: a single short video on a subject agreed with you beforehand.
  • If the video comes back right, the job is yours.

The role is part-time and based in Amman — the days are agreed between us, and the work is done in person, not remotely.
